This week's English work is based on Haikus. A Haiku is a short form of Japanese poetry which consists of three short lines which don't rhyme.
We have included some links to the Oak National Academy website, which you may wish to watch before completing the attached activities. The lessons are from a series of 5 lessons and these are links to lessons 3, 4 and 5. At the start of the lesson it recaps spellings taught in prior lessons, please encourage your child to also do this part as we have learned these spellings in school prior to lockdown.
