Living Things and Their Habitats is our new topic this term. Spend some time looking at the knowledge organiser for science so you have some understanding of this.
You will be identifying animals using a key. Look at the first picture. You may want to print it out and cut it, or you could always draw the animal yourself. Start at the first question and work your way through all of them until you end up being able to answer no more questions. You have now identified your animal! Write some facts about each of the animals, for example, it has legs which are jointed and in pairs. It has wings but they do not overlap diagonally. My creature is a diving beetle.
