Our Ambassadors
OUR HOUSE AMBASSADORS
Our House Ambassadors play an important role in our school. They have been elected because they consistently show our school values.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- promote school values
- represent their house by being a good role model to others
- announce the weekly house point totals in Class Champion assembly and lift the trophy
- help organise inter-house competitions and Sports Day
- lead house assemblies
- take visitors on guided tours around the school
- greet and guide parents during Parents' Evenings and other school events.

OUR READING AMBASSADORS
Each class from Year 1 to 6 has nominated a Reading Ambassador for their class who is passionate about reading. The group meet every otherTuesday lunchtime with Miss Abell to discuss their latest projects.
Roles and responsibilities
Encouraging others in their class to read regularly
Distributing reading bookmarks
Recommending books to their peers
Organising and tidying the libraries
Organising reading events across the year, such as book fairs, World Book Day
Updating the reading displays across the school to promote reading
Supporting curriculum development and monitoring with school leaders.
OUR MUSIC AMBASSADORS
Pupils in Year 1 to 6 who have a passion for music are chosen to promote singing and music within school.
Roles and responsibilities
- Hand out stickers in singing assembly
- Performing in assemblies, and supporting others to perform
- Selecting songs to listen to in assemblies
- Encouraging participation in music events
- Supporting school leaders to promote The Arts during Arts Fortnight in July.
