Breakfast Club
Early Bird Breakfast club provides childcare at the beginning of each school day from 7:30am until 8:40am. Children are offered a healthy breakfast with a choice of cereals, toast with a range of spreads, fruit, yoghurts and fruit juice, milk or water. After breakfast, children have a choice of activities including games, drawing and colouring.
The cost of Breakfast Club with a breakfast is £3.50 per session.
The cost of Breakfast Club without a breakfast is £3.00 per session.
Teatime Club
Teatime Club provide a childcare service for children at the end of the school day from 3:05pm until 6:00pm.
There is one main art and craft activity per session that is staff led which the children can choose to take part in. There are also a selection of board games and books, and play materials, such as Lego, available throughout the session. The children also have access to the playground where they can play outdoor games such as parachute games, football and other fun activities.
The club has themed activities to celebrate special events and holidays such as Easter, Chinese New Year and Diwali.
The cost for Teatime Club with a snack is £7.00 per session.
The snack will be sufficient to keep the children going but we do not recommend that it replaces an evening meal.
The cost for Teatime Club without a snack is £6.50 per session.
Bookings - via the MCAS app
The booking process is straightforward but we have attached a short guide in PDF form to using the MCAS app to book wraparound care. If there are any problems, please let us know at school and we will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
If you arrive late for pick-up, a fee will be applied to your MCAS account.
You can cancel your wraparound care places on the day, should you need to, and your money will be refunded to your MCAS account. If you have booked a session and then know your child will not attend, for example, because of illness, please cancel your session so that another child may be allocated the place.
Due to staff ratios, we will need to limit sessions to 50 children per session. If you are unable to book on, it is because the session is already full.
