prepared ~ We prepare pupils at Tower Road Academy for life in modern Britain. the opportunities, responsibilities, and experiences of life in an everchanging world. They will be equipped with tools that could help them to manage difficulties they may face.   

open-minded ~ Pupils are encouraged to understand the lives and experiences of others around them and to show willingness to consider ideas that may be new or different to their own. Everybody’s experiences and feelings are unique and personal. 

safe ~ Pupils are encouraged to discuss their thoughts, feelings, opinions, and experiences in the safety of their classroom. They understand what a healthy relationship is and how to keep themselves and others safe.
